  1. Terms

    2. By using our Services, whether as a guest, as a registered user, or otherwise, you agree that these Terms of Service will govern your use in any of our website, server, or platform that is related with LuckyNetwork SEA. These Terms of Service apply to all users of “LuckyNetwork SEA” which is defined as, but not limited to: (1) LuckyNetwork SEA Server for Minecraft, (2) luckynetwork.net website and store, (3) LuckyNetwork SEA Server for Discord, and (4) all features and functionalities as well as components of each of them. Whether they are accessed through a computer or mobile device. If you do not completely agree with this Terms of Service then you must not use any of our Services.

  2. Definitions

    3. “User” means anyone that has access to our Services. References to “You” or “Your” means User.

    “LuckyNetwork SEA” means, LuckyNetwork. References to “Us,” “We,” or “Our” means LuckyNetwork.

    “Account”means any account created or provided to access our Services.

    “Donation” means any purchases whether they are purchased in-game or on the website, whether they are ranks, prefixes, or any other purchases that are available on the platform.

    “Service or Services” means any website, product, service, platform, content, and other related products and services that LuckyNetwork SEA provides. “Terms of Service” means the terms and conditions in this agreement.

  3. Payment and Donations
    1. Any products that are provided by LuckyNetwork are owned by LuckyNetwork and are not your property. LuckyNetwork may manage, regulate, control, modify or eliminate all available products at any time, with/without notice or announcement and without providing refund to you. LuckyNetwork shall have no liability to you if LuckyNetwork exercises such rights.
    2. By purchasing any of our products in-game or our website, you agree that the payment is final and no refund will be given under any circumstances. You will not receive any money or refund if you decide to close your account or in a case where your account is restricted from any of our services.
    3. LuckyNetwork is not responsible for your negligence in inputting your account name when making a donation.
    4. LuckyNetwork have the rights to revoke or terminate your Donation purchases if but not limited to: (1) Selling your account to another user, (2) Advertising anything that have a correlation with LuckyNetwork such as, but not limited to: Advertises a premium account using LuckyNetworks rank (example: Premium account with X LuckyNetwork’s Rank), (3) Breaking multiple rules that is listed on the LuckyNetwork’s website, (4) Any actions deemed threatening to LuckyNetwork.
    5. LuckyNetwork shall not be responsible to recover any of your purchase IF you do not provide the necessary proofs for the recovery.
  4. Terms

    5. Unless modified or amended by LuckyNetwork SEA, this terms of service shall remain in effect. Termination of one or any of the services of LuckyNetwork does not affect any other provisions of this agreement.
